Where transactions are settled through Direct Credit bank transfer you agree to keep confidential the Body Meets Mind Ltd account details in the Invoice provided to you for the sole purpose of completing the Direct Credit bank transfer. Invoices are payable within the time period specified in each invoice. Late payments may incur an additional fee.

The charges for products or services with a specified commencement time and date such as courses, challenges, workshops or seminars may be refundable on the condition that the refund is requested 5 working days before the commencement of the product or service.
